Like you, we like to vacation in the Poconos. Every year we would look for a house to fit everyone in our group. We would talk to rental agents that would promise everything, praise the house and then when we would show up the home would never live up to expectations. The beds were too small, the kitchen dirty, not enough bathrooms. The home would smell musty!!! We grew tired of looking and decided to build our own homes!!
